She’s enthusiastic, encouraging and makes me feel more determined to improve, always. I’ve never been very good at working out consistently or understanding how nutrition works. Especially using one to compliment the other. Lou has sat with me and helped break down the nutritional information, habits and routines in a way that is easy to understand.

I wanted primarily to increase my strength, since I know this is really important to avoid conditions such as osteoporosis in later life. Never having had much upper body strength I was also keen to improve my general day-to-day ability.
Lou is a great instructor, she explains things clearly and is really encouraging. She pushed me just the right amount so that I felt a real sense of achievement and never became disheartened.
I loved our time together and felt an improvement in my mental as well as physical health.

WThe convenience of a fitness programme that I could do from home with the support and guidance of a qualified PT made the decision to sign up very easy.
With minimal equipment and a simple-to-navigate app, the 16-week programme was easy to follow. Lou ascertains your goals and fitness levels and develops a programme to suit your needs specifically.
I would certainly recommend Lou, as she invests her time and effort into making sure you are happy with the exercises, following the correct form whilst being encouraging and pushing you along on your fitness journey.
