As a personal trainer, my mission has always been about more than building physical strength. I believe true wellbeing comes from balance — moving your body with energy, fuelling it with food that supports and satisfies you, cultivating a thriving mindset, and developing the independence to keep going even when life gets tough.

That’s why I created The ENTI Theory. Rooted in four key pillars — Energised, Nourished, Thriving, and Independent — my approach is about creating lasting change, not quick fixes. I’ll help you discover workouts that give you energy, a way of eating that brings both freedom and confidence, and mindset tools that build resilience.
