Strength With Soul
My New Affiliate Partnership with Free Soul 🌿✨
I started this blog back in 2022 with all the ambition in the world and absolutely no idea where it was going to end up. Fast forward almost 4 years, and I am beyond excited to share that I’ve officially partnered with Free Soul through their affiliate programme!
If you know me or have followed me for a while, you’ll know I’m really selective about the brands I align with, and this one feels like such a natural fit.
In fact, Free Soul was introduced to me during one really special moment in my life. When I was planning my hen do, I made “survival kits” for all my guests and thought that the Hydrate Electrolytes would be the perfect hangover cure. It was a three-day event, and they certainly kept me going through the early mornings, ready for the next activity. That personal touch is what makes this partnership extra meaningful to me.
Free Soul is a women’s wellness brand on a mission to create products that genuinely support women’s health, energy, and performance. Their ethos goes beyond just nutrition—they champion balance, strength, and empowerment in everyday life in the same way this has become my mission with ENTI. Everything they produce is designed with women in mind, from their thoughtful formulations to their community-first approach.
As part of this partnership, I get to share an exclusive discount with you! Use ENTIFITNESS at checkout to save 15% on your Free Soul favourites.
I wanted to share a few words and honest thoughts on some of my favourite products:
Hydrate Electrolytes
Electrolytes are minerals such as sodium, potassium and magnesium that carry electrical charges when dissolved in liquids, including body fluids like blood. These electrical charges help regulate muscle contractions and nerve function and maintain fluid balance in your cells. Taking electrolytes can help replace fluids lost through sweat and general dehydration.
These are my ride-or-die. This is the product I shout about the loudest, at home, in the gym, to all of my clients, just to anyone who will listen, basically. Not only did they keep me going on my hen do, but I’ve since made them a regular part of my post-workout routine. My recommendation is to mix them as recommended with 700ml, but with lots of ice so they are cool and refreshing. This also takes the edge off the saltiness and elevates the citrus flavour. Think Fanta Lemon without the fizz, hydration without the sugar crash.
Pure Creatine
Creatine supports muscle function, physical performance, energy production, recovery, and mental clarity, especially during resistance training or high-intensity exercise. Whilst Free Soul have uniquely formulated their premium, unflavoured Creatine Monohydrate powder with women’s wellbeing in mind, its daily supplementation could benefit anyone.
This has been a game-changer alongside my strength training plan. I’ve seen real improvements in cognitive performance, recovery, sleep, and overall energy when lifting. It’s such an underrated supplement for women, and I love that Free Soul makes it simple and approachable without the expense. I add a serving daily with my electrolytes to keep things simple, so I don’t forget to take it.
Vegan Protein Blend
Vegan Protein Blend is a protein powder free from gluten, dairy or irritants. It’s designed to support women’s unique nutritional needs. Available in four delicious flavours: Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Berry and Vanilla, this protein powder has been developed with leading UK nutritionists.
It is rich in important nutrients and superfoods, including Peruvian Maca and Vitamin B12 to contribute to normal hormonal activity, as well as other nutrient powerhouses such as Ginseng and Guarana. Alongside 20g of plant-based protein to support muscle recovery, each serving delivers a rich dose of iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, crucial for the menstrual cycle and supporting the quality of hair, skin and nails.
This has officially replaced the other protein powders in my cupboard. It blends so smoothly (no chalky texture) and comes in a range of versatile flavours that taste good. Whenever I feel like I want to give my protein intake an extra boost, I add this blend into my yoghurt bowls, protein pancakes and baked oats. I’m not a huge lover of drink protein powders, but love to incorporate them into my baking in replacement of flour in standard recipes.
Mango Greens
Free Soul Greens is one of the most comprehensive superfoods & greens powders on the planet, delivering 21 nutrient-rich superfoods. Among other nutrient-dense ingredients and supergreens, Free Soul Greens includes KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Actazin, and Livaux Golden Kiwi. Free Soul Greens is specifically formulated for women and comes in three delicious flavours: Original, Peach or Mango.
I’ve never found a greens powder worth shouting about—until now! It’s like a daily nutrient boost in a glass—fresh, tropical, and way more enjoyable than I imagined after being a little hesitant upon my first few sips. I like to mix with ice-cold water or add to my favourite green smoothie recipe, so it is a great way to sneak in those extra greens.
All of the products have minimal UPF ingredients and no added sugar.
Partnering with Free Soul feels like a natural step for where I am currently in my fitness career, and I’m so excited to keep sharing the products I’m using and how I incorporate them into my daily routines. From hydration to daily wellness staples, they’ve genuinely made a difference in my energy levels, mood and sleep.
